In October 2023, Emma received the FIP Marche 2023 Summer in Blue Award as the best playmaker in the European Women's U16 Championships, where she secured the bronze medal. She was also recognized for her participation in the European U18 Championships.

Nel mese di ottobre 2023 Emma ha ricevuto il premio FIP Marche 2023 Estate in Azzurro, in qualità di miglior playmaker dei campionati Europei femminili U16, con cui ha conquistato la medaglia di bronzo, e per aver partecipato ai campionati europei under 18.

In September 2023, Emma received the 2023 Terzo Censi Award from CONI Macerata for her outstanding performance as an exemplary athlete during the 2022/2023 basketball season. She was recognized for winning the Italian under-17 championship with the Magnolia Campobasso club and being included in the Italian Ideal Five. During the summer, Emma also participated in the European U18 and U16 Championships, winning the bronze medal in the latter and receiving the award for the best playmaker in Europe.

Nel mese di settembre 2023 Emma ha ricevuto dal CONI Macerata il Premio Terzo Censi 2023 per essersi distinta in qualità di atleta esemplare durante la stagione cestistica 2022/2023, per aver vinto con la squadra di club Magnolia Campobasso il campionato italiano under 17, ed essere stata inserita nel quintetto ideale italiano. Durante l'estate Emma ha inoltre partecipato ai campionati europei under 18 e under 16, in quest'ultimo vincendo la medaglia di bronzo e ricevendo il premio per miglior playmaker d'Europa.
